Effective August 28, 2026
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to WageComply’s federal certified-payroll software and related onboarding/support services.
1. Service and supplier
WageComply is the product and supplier brand for software that organizes payroll facts, applies deterministic configured checks, prepares WH-347 workflows, preserves certification history and assembles evidence. Customers remain responsible for project applicability, payroll facts, classifications, wage determinations, legal obligations and submissions to the correct contracting agency.
2. No legal or government affiliation
WageComply is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Labor, SAM.gov or any contracting agency. The service does not guarantee that every contract, jurisdiction or agency requirement is covered.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate payroll and project facts.
- Use authorized accounts and protect sign-in credentials.
- Review blocking findings and the generated report before certification.
- Ensure the authorized certifier understands and accepts the Statement of Compliance.
- Maintain any source records that the product references but does not store.
4. Billing, renewals and refunds
Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases. Subscription prices, billing intervals, taxes, renewals and cancellation terms are presented at checkout or in the Paddle customer portal. Public plan limits may restrict new writes while historical records remain readable. Refund eligibility is described in the WageComply Refund Policy and Paddle's checkout terms, subject to mandatory consumer law.
5. Founding Design Partner purchase
The Founding Design Partner offer is a one-time $2,500 implementation purchase that includes twelve months of Growth access for up to 50 employees, first-project setup, a live first-payroll workflow and feedback participation. It is limited to the first three accepted organizations. It does not automatically renew and does not create a later paid subscription; continued access after the included term requires a separately selected plan.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, access another customer’s information, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, misuse certification features, or use WageComply to falsify payroll or government records.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, secure and improve the service. Material product, pricing or legal changes will be communicated through the service or updated terms as appropriate. Features labeled Coming Soon are roadmap items, not commitments or current functionality.
8. Records and account closure
Certified payroll and supporting records can be subject to legal retention requirements. Account closure or billing cancellation does not imply immediate deletion of records that WageComply must preserve under configured retention or legal hold rules.
9. Support and notices
Signed-in customers can submit support requests from Settings. Prospective customers and security or privacy reporters can use the paths on the Contact page. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, full Social Security numbers or payment-card data.
